Job description

Greeters Tasks:

Welcoming the customers

Directing the customer to the right queue to get the best service according to his needs

Briefing the customers with the available services at the store

Guiding customers for required documents for any needed transactions.

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential Qualifications and Experience

University Degree

Fresh Grad or Minimum 1 - 2 years’ Experience.

Area of experience: Sales and customer experience\

Customer and results oriented

Presentable

Very Good in English (Reading, Writing & Oral)

Very good computer skills.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

Retailer/Customer care background

Hospitality background

Cheerful and presentable image
