Job Description
Directly interact with Staff, Agencies and VIPs clients to provide superior and consistent quality of travel services. Handle complex transactions and all advise staff on the finer points of difficult itineraries as well as provide them efficient travel solutions and up to date information. Understand issues faced by the staff (over phone or email) related to ticketing/ reservation/ cancellation etc. providing online solutions. Handling all travel issues that face Employees, Directors and agencies Travel helpdesk should be able to work on all travel related products – (Air/ Hotel/ Package…etc) includes air booking, hotel reservations and handling Domestic travel, international travel. Providing all services for top VIP
Experience:
• Should have 3-5 yrs. experience in international & domestic ticketing.• Experience in use different Air reservation systems whether on flights (regular or charter).
• Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre….etc.), Preferably Amadeus.
• Strong understanding of Fare rules, pricing and Strong Ticketing product knowledge (Tickets issue, Reissue, Refund, Void).
• Knowledge of charter Flight’s nature work.
• Knowledge of B2B & B2C business,
• Computer skills (Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet).
• Spoke fluent English is a must, addition to business writing.
• Knowledge of visa entry papers and requirements.
Skills:• Telephone communications skills.
• Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Works well independently, or in a teamwork and providing all facets of help such as Identify the problem and ways of solution.
• Handling customer, searching quickly on effectively ways for helping.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities and serve top VIP.
• Speaking with a clear voice, so that others can understand.
• Ability to keep cool when others are angry (Capable of patience and nerves control).
