1. Quote packages and requested quotations .
2. Manage and handle all the requested files and reserve with reservation Department accordingly.
3. Follow Up with the files status concerning necessaries confirmations, considering
4. the available rates.
5. Follow Up with the files and getting all necessaries information and confirmation from the other departments, (traffic dept., reservation Dept. and accounting dept).
6. Handling the file and take all responsibility since the file arrival till the final departure.
Experience:
• Should have 3+ yrs.
